Solitude
I wait for time to pass
As I lie on sunburnt grass
Beneath a starry blanket,
I feast on heaven's banquet
The summer breeze kisses
My cheeks and it wishes
That I sleep and dream of laughter
And cloudless nights sought after
I wait for time to be
Standing still and free
And quelling the inner feud
I find my solitude
